In 2019, Adam Villareal and Tom Kavookjian were introduced by a successful businessman who recognized their shared passion for environmental sustainability. Through a series of conversations focused on their mutual concerns and innovative ideas, they committed to working together to identify products and solutions that support environmental improvement. This shared vision laid the foundation for what would become Green Nature.
Adam Villareal
Adam brings over 20 years of experience in professional business, having served as an owner and executive of several multi-million-dollar enterprises throughout his career. His work has consistently focused on business innovation and investing in the growth and development of people. Recognized by both peers and respected industry organizations, Adam was appointed to the prestigious Advisory Board for Bayer Environmental, a global leader in innovation and quality. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Pest Management Association and previously chaired the Board of Directors for the Eastern North Carolina Better Business Bureau. Adam remains committed to giving back through active involvement in various nonprofit organizations.
Tom Kavookjian
Tom has successfully pioneered several companies and is widely recognized as a leader in environmental sustainability. He has been a featured speaker at industry conferences, sharing insights on environmental stewardship and sustainability. In his is tenure at JSH International Tom was mentored by Jirair Hovnanian founder of Nature's Wonder and Hal Hartung Inventor of PHS. Throughout his carrier has collaborated with Walmart associates, engaged with agricultural leaders around the world, and met with heads of state to advance the concept of organic agriculture. During his tenure with JSH International, he launched two additional divisions: Prodex, focused on wastewater treatment, and Greenovative Technologies, specializing in self-contained waste systems. Today, all three divisions continue to be actively marketed by JSH International.
