In 2019 Adam Villareal and Tom Kavookjian were introduced to each other through a successful businessman who understood Adam and Tom's passion for finding ways that would help the environment and reduce inputs. After expressing their concerns and discussing their ideas, both made a commitment to work together creating a plan to find products and ways that will improve the environment, and thus created the foundation for Green Nature.
Adam Villareal
Adam has spent over 20 years in professional business. He's been an owner and executive of several multi-million-dollar businesses over the course of his career. His focus has been centered around business innovation and investing in the development of people. He has been recognized by his peers and other distinguished organizations for his accomplishments and success. He was previously selected to serve on a prestigious Advisory Board for Bayer Environmental who is considered a leader of innovation and quality within the industry. He has served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Pest Management Association. He has also Chaired the Board of Directors for the Eastern North Carolina Better Business Bureau. He is constantly trying to find ways to give back through his service in other non-profit organizations.
Tom Kavookjian
Tom has successfully pioneered several companies in his career, invited
to speak at industry conferences on the environment and recognized
as a leader in the field of environmental sustainability. Tom had the fortunate experience being mentored by Jirair Hovnanian owner of J.S. Hovnanian & Sons and Hal Hartung the inventor of APEX-10. With that knowledge went on to build Nature's Wonder. Tom has worked with former Vice Presidents and high-ranking associates in the Walmart Corporation and has traveled the world meeting with agricultural leaders and speaking with heads of state on the concept organic agriculture. Tom in his tenure with JSH International pioneered the science, technology, and marketing for two other divisions. Prodex, which is focused on the wastewater treatment and Greenovative Technologies focused on self-contained waste systems. Today all three divisions are still marketed by JSH International.
